Expressive Arts uses a variety
of art disciplines as a healing resource. Using visual art, music, poetry, movement, and drama, we work as a team to create the change you want.
Expressive art is unique. We focus on solutions to problems that empower you to fix issues; not dwell on them. It is especially effective because it helps people find solutions quickly.
Come with an open mind and give it a try.

HealthRHYTHMS* is a fun strategy that is not as much about drumming, as it is about the drum as a tool for communication and personal expression.
Research has shown the results can include:
An increase in natural killer cell activity
A reduction in stress and burnout rates
An improvement in mood states
Enhanced creativity, bonding, and more
No previous experience in drumming is necessary

By the end of the 1 hour drumming session, I was happy, relaxed, and feeling more bonded with other group members.
Overall, it was fun; a differrent way to share with others, connect with them, and get their support and acceptance.
Galit is an expert teacher, both gracious and perceptive. I have watched her teach and lead people in online drumming classes which develop connection and awareness for improved health and well being. Galit supports people on their journey to better health and awakens compassionate relationships in the process. The world needs more of Galit. Her classes are life changing.
