Expressive arts are unique. We focus on solutions to problems that empower you to fix issues; not dwell on them. It is especially effective because it helps people find solutions quickly.

HealthRHYTHMS* is a fun strategy that is not so much about drumming as it is about utilizing the drum as a tool for communication and personal expression.

By the end of the 1 hour drumming session, I was happy, relaxed, and feeling more bonded with other group members.
Overall, it was fun; a different way to share with others, connect with them, and get their support and acceptance.
Galit is an expert teacher, both gracious and perceptive. I have watched her teach and lead people in online drumming classes which develop connection and awareness for improved health and well being.
